The name
What is "sacral"?
The sacral centre, low in the belly and pelvis, is the home of your sensuality, pleasure and creative fire. Its element is water, linked with our emotions and how they flow.
When it closes down through shame or old hurt, it can dim your creativity and joy too.
You might notice:
- Feeling numb or disconnected from your body
- Losing your desire or spark
- Struggling with intimacy or pleasure
- Fear of being seen
These aren't flaws. Part of you closed down to keep you safe.
Old hurt doesn't always shout. Often it whispers.
The approach
How I work
Invited, never forced
My approach is tantra-inspired and intuitive. Nothing is forced. Through breath, presence and slow, conscious touch, your sexual energy is invited to rise through the heart and the whole body. Then, rather than staying stuck, it nourishes you.
Trauma-informed, consent-led and always at your pace.
What a session can include
Breathwork, energy work and full-body touch, with oils. It can include yoni or lingam touch: always optional, agreed beforehand, and part of the whole body rather than the goal.

Before you come
What to expect
In the session
You undress only as far as you're comfortable. If arousal comes up, it's simply energy moving. There's nothing to chase and no end point to reach.
Your boundaries lead
We agree what you'd like and don't like before we meet, and check in throughout. You can pause or stop at any moment.
